Dunno if this helps, or if you knew about it already, but there's a handy "Player Creation Centre (http://www.fifaspot.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=59)" over at PESInsight.com (http://www.pesinsight.com/). It leans towards UK and Premiereship teams, but there's some useful info over there on how to edit appearances and stats. You can also request help if you're having trouble creating or modifying a certain player.
