EA must quit making soccer game. EA must give up all the license they have and give it to konami. EA must stick with their hokey and rugby games and should not make soccer game just to reap money. EA is a disgrace to all soccer fans. EA should be punished. Well IMO competition is a good thing,so what if EA has the licence,Konami could buty the FIFA licence as well if they wanted too but they are a greedy corparate just like EA.It's a business first and foremost,its the bottom line that counts in today's big companies.They work hard to program the game engine and gameplay for lets say 2 years for any current generation of consoles,then they milk the franchise for years to come with their little upgrades each year and we the consumers are left with maybe an under appriecated game that could be better.It's a give and take relationship,if EA,Konami or Sega gave us everything we wanted would we purchase next year's product?

I think game companies should produce a title every 2 years instead of every year,then they will have time to make more and better improvements to the game.With the future of online gaming Konami,EA and Sega could charge a monthly or yearly fee for online play but ONLY in the 2nd year should they charge for online play-- and we could just download the updated Rosters for the 1st-2nd years.Waht do U all think?

EA Sports sucks at everything,The only thing they did right was the Madden series,Other than that they need to stop making sports games all together because they blow.


Football=Konami
Hockey=Sega
Gridiron=EA Sports
Basketball=Sega
Tennis=Sega
Baseball=Sega

All other sports blow @ss no matter who makes them.

Most of Sega's games are the best your going to get for most sports except Football and Gridiron,All other sports are just kind of decent but not great.

But anyway EA(Sports) needs to just stop making sports games,They can keep their american footy game,but the rest suck big fat donkey d!ck and should no longer be made as they are an embarrassment to the real sport.

DaVe,well I think EA had signed the FIFA licence exclusivley for # of years(I think)but it runs out next year if I am correct.KOnami may just ponie up and buy their FIFA licence for WE7 or WE8.Konami does make the best footy game in the world no question about it.

I am Impressed that Konami without the FIFA licence can make the players in their gamevery like their real counterparts(R.carlos)ect.ect...I am surprised they don't find themselves in a lawsuit,non excluding FIFA Pro licence.

If EA pumped some real monery into thier FIFA franchise,hiring better talent ot produce the game it could very well challenge Konami as the best futboll game out there I think.EA is the biggest 3rd company in the world,they are not going to go away.

why isn't winning eleven available for pc? fifa 2003 sucks (i haven't played it yet thou cause i'm still trying to install it due to it's incredibly numerous bugs...but well...any game that can't be installed sucks) i had fifa 2002 and world cup running smoothly and without problems but the first version of we (and i mean the very first) is ten times better than that ****. So...this is my message to the fifa 2004 wishlist: "Please...make winning eleven available for pc!!!!!!!". thanks

Contact me if you want Winning Eleven 2002 or Pro Evolution Soccer 2 for the PC dude, You can run them on a PS1 emulator called ePSXe and they run perfectly. The graphics aren't great but the gameplay is perfect.
