First Real Madrid says they are intrested in getting Beckham this summer. Zizou even has come out in support of the move. Then soccernet reports that Real Madrid have no interest in Beckham. What's the deal here??

It's on the BBC website. Ferguson said he did not want Rio. Real said they did not want Ronaldo.

It's mind games just adding the fog so the two clubs can compromise a deal.

Rumours mean absolutely BEANS ! It would be good to bring him in but that is just it... it WOULD be good. Wasn' t Kluivert supposed to be going to Newcastle or Arsenal or something? Wasn' t Batistuta supposed to be goin' to Manchester United?

Also, wasn' t there a report that Beckham told Time magazine that he would be interested in goin' across the Atlantic to play in the U.S.A.' s M.L.S.? Plus isn' t Inter Milan goina make a bid..that was also "rumour." WILL HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THE END OF JUNE At the very earliest I think before sumething serious is thrown up in the air as potentially happening !

In my country,we say there is no smoke without fire.I'm not saying that this transfer will actually go through, but we'll certainly have a very hot summer this year.

People like to mention the denials of the Ronaldo transfer and then it finally happened....how about the millions of other transfer rumours that never materialise????

I reckon on a percentage only about 5% of transfer rumours actually amount to anything.

So I'm not fretting...I expect to see Becks come out next season in a Man Utd shirt.

It could still happen, but these 'news' remain rumours.
