i am able to play 1 game and then in the 2nd after the lineups appear it goes back to windows and says device error
i have tried uninstalling, deleting, but nothing works
i can only play 1 game each time i start fif99

This is just a suggestion to what might have happened. I'm not completely a 100% sure. If you got the game copied the some files might not have been copied properly so you'll have to copy it again. If you bought it you can try getting your money back.

Do you have the FIFA 99 CD? If so, uninstall the game completely and delete the folders as well (some may not be deleted when the game is uninstalled). If not....well....go buy one!
