A hat-trick from Makaay and goals from Valeron and Victor helped Depor to a thrashing of Recreativo de Heulva. It was an all round gr8 perfromance from Depor in which Makaay was partivularly on fire. He could of had 5 or 6 more goals if it wasn't for sum good goalkeeping from Recreativo goalie Luque. The La Liga title is firmley between Real, Sociedad and Depor. No one is certainly running away with this title. All three teams deserve the title so the two teams who miss out will feel hard done by! What a season and what a league!

Just to see someone new win it, really. If the same teams win a league over and over then the league loses its attraction.

Jus' saying cos the EPL has been dominated by Manutd for years with only Arsenal (2) and Blackburn winning it the otha times. Thaz why im guessing u dont like it much.

No way can anyone catch Makaay to the golden boot. Hes 9 or 10 goals ahead!:rockman: What a season hez had!! He also might be the first player since Ronadlo in 96/97 for Barcelona to get 30 goals in a season! That would be wicked. Only 3 more goals to go Roy!(H)

I hope we win! Makaay is on his way out at Deportivo though. So hopefully Diego gets back to his goal scoring best.
