I can't seem to ever get any headers when playing the computer. I play the game at World Class level and compete, but as soon as the ball goes in the air, its always headed by a computer player. Oh sure I get one now and then, but I feel as though I'm watching and not actuating the moves.

Any tips? Especially wrt defensive corner kicks. You can only move one player and you only have a second or two before the kick. How are you supposed to defend and head the ball away? Is it timing, the way you press or click the keypad? It seems like i just watch the computer player score goal after goal in these situations.

Also, I've downloaded the fifa editor and reduced the heading abilities of all computer players (but not my own teams). This hasn't seemed to help (I lowered the stat by 6 points). should I reduce it more?

Agree. in addition to your problem, i wonder how i'm supposed to get my strikers to head at goal. When I, once in a blue moon, win a header in the oppositions' box, my player always make a passing header. I've tried all the buttons, but nothing else happens. Another thing; the CPU makes these stylish diving-headers, but I can't seem to make it

you have to get infront of the computer player to have a better chance, but the world class level is supposed to be hard.
To get a header on goal ,just hold the shoot button as long as possible, if the ball is low and in front of the player, if you press twice (volley) i think this is how to do a diving header, but dont quote me, as i find it difficult as well, but i pass more to combat this.
AS for defending corners, the most common corner i have notice is the out swinging to edge of box type, if you run player to edge and immediately after corner is taken, press pass button then hold shoot button it should clear.

When I hit the "volley" button, my player takes a volley, not a diving header, even if the ball is way above my head...
