You download FSH-Flash, then edit the .fsh files. Instructions are icluded in the download.

Edit stadiums?
Do you mean the images or the structures?
If you want to edit the images - you're better off getting Sonique FSH as it can edit the 3DFX stadium images.
As for structures - you'll need a hex editor.
I found instructions at SIGO's stadiums site, but I can't remember the address!!!
