I want to know if there's a good patch/update for Fifa '99 which changes the transfers and adds new players like Richard Knopper from Ajax. Is there such a patch?

Not to my knowing, with Fifa2k released, people are foolishly (my opinion) ignoring Fifa99. The simple answer is do it yourself using the ingame editor, you can add your favourite players and make corrections. Or......, you can use Fed99 to make all the transfers you can think of, but take your time, there is potential for duplication.
