I own FIFA 96, RTWC, WC 98 and now just purchased FIFA 99. I have a problem. I love all of the games but FIFA 99 plays to fast in my opinion. I love some of the new advancements but I wish I could SLOW the gameplay down. It appears to me that you can only speed it up. Its like playing pinball sometimes its plays so fast and this is on a 233 machine. I think the pace in the other games is much better. I have one other wish....that injuries could be for more than one game. Has this ever been considered? Thanks

Download FEd99... you have an option to globally alter all the player characteristics. Use this feature to reduce all the players speed.

Hint... I would backup your dbi files before hand so if you want to go back you can. The reason I say this is if you reduce all the players speeds by six, and then want to go back... all the players that started with a speed of less than six will now have more speed than they originally had because it doesn't reduce into a negative number.

I've found that I have enjoyed the game much, much more by reducing most of the characteristics. http://www.soccergaming.com/ubb/smile.gif
