Myself and Liam have started to think about a new challenge. It's still gonna be a bit away but if you have any ideas for a good challenge (monthly this time) or suggestions for rules or anything else for that matter, please post here.

Are you guys going to take into consideration the CM4 and CM01/02 groups with the challenge? Since, some people don't have CM4.

CM4 and CM01/02 are very different.

How about attempting to get Sampdoria or Fiorentina back into Serie A?

The challenge may only be officially attempted on CM4, although there will be no restrictions on which enhancement packs are used.

If you want to put something together for CM01/02 in the Older CM Games forum, please feel free.

I had mentioned the Indian League earlier. Maybe we can take Salgaocar or Air India to the Asian Champions' League(The strongest teams are Mohun Bagan and East Bengal).

I reckon it should be the Indian or Japanese or Korean league or something like that.

It will start in about 2 weeks time I expect.

wait on, why not make it a more well known league, that will encourage more people to play it in my view. I'd rather play one from a respectable counrty instead of one where i couldnt even name one team from.

I think Brighton Hove or any 2nd Div English club to be taken to Premiership should be a good option(H)

Try a challenge with the club of my home town, MVV! They are REALLY bad and are in financial problems. I just can't get promoted with them!
They play in the dutch first division

The problem with that is that you still have the good reputation and you can still attract the best players

hmm well after you'd released all your players, and paid off their contracts, you wouldnt really be able to afford to attract any top players, you'd have to make do with lots of loaners and free transfers.. might be interesting, although i'd hate to see man utd without all their players :(

well, in CM01/02, I wanted to try out the MLS, so I decided to take the team with the youngest average age, which happened to be the worst team in the MLS, Tampa Bay (:/) helping them win is a pretty good challenge :confused:
