I got this digital camera about a week ago, and I have a few pictures that I wanna upload to my computer. It came with the USB connector thing, and the CD that contains the software. I installed the program which is supposed to transfer the pictures from the camera to my computer, but it doesn't work... The program's supposed to run automatically after I plug the USB wire into my PC and camera, but it doesn't...

Any help? :(

Does a new drive appear in 'my computer'?
What OS are you using?
Is your USB port USB 1.1 or 2.0 ?
Does your USB port work with other things?

#4: Ya, my USB port works fine with other things... It's actually like a multi-tap for USB ports :confused: You plug it into the back, and you get 4 USB ports... All the other things in it work fine (palm pilot, game controllers, etc.)

Nevermind, found out how :p I had to put the USB wire into the back of my PC instead of into my multi-port thing :crazyboy:
