good, but your name in the left bottom corner ruins it..

id just like to say also go the storm. myself aint much of a rugby fan, but coz theyre from around here...sorry that had nutin to do with the pic. maybe there could be some way of concealing that name a tad...

The basic composition is good but as Larry said, your name on the bottom ruins it. Tip: Never add a layer effect to your name or make the font very colourful. The name can/should be visible but not obvious because it ruins the entire image:)
As for the grid, get rid of that, it looks bad.
