I found this problem on the 8th of January 2000 when i cliked on the fifa99 exe icon.
it read:

Abort Message:
inittimer - FAILED TO INITIALIZE MULTEMEDIA TIMER.
FILE win\inittmr.c LINE 342 FUNCTION inittimer

This message makes absoulutley no sense to me. I might be the Y2K bug
Please try and help

may have something to with your dial-up properties. Try deleting your isp dial up and create another one
