for a first face it's really good, but you can improve a few thing in his face for example his lips

Well just look, his eyes are completely wrong, they need to be more closed. The eyebrows shape needs improving, aswell as the moustache area which is very wrong. The nose needs to be longer and the lips need improving. Oh, and it looks obvious that Beckham's texture or headshape has been used.
