In light of recent evidence that Konami have just copied and emulated the PS version (very poorly I might add).... I want to see how many people will join me and boycott this release - in hope for a fully function - *proper* PC version!

I wish I could boycott it, but I already bought the damn thing when it came out in Singapore last week.

I wait a little in the hope they will bring out a very big patch too fix all these problems
I think with normal smooth graphics this game will be playable
If they dont come out with a fix soon ill boycot all major A soccergame from now on.

If it is an emulated game - I don't think a patch will fix these issues - as there is essentially no PC game code to patch.

I think they would have to do a complete overhaul and pretty much re-write most of the code fo the PC.

Well, actually the official website is http://iss3.konamiosa.com/ and there IS a download sections (which has nothing at the mo.)
So we'll have to wait and see if they're going to make new databases with updated players (as they said they will) and all that kind of stuffs.
