When I start fed 99 it comes up blank and i'm not able to edit anything how can i fix this?

When the little window on the tool bar opens,press on it(on the FED99 icon) right click & expent it.

FEd99 always loads the dbi files from FIFA 99 at start... so maybe you typed in a wrong path, do you?

If you can't get over it just uninstall FEd99 and than re-install! When you do this make sure you type in the correct path to FIFA 99!
