Do you notice that Mr.Referee in FIFA99 is just the same apperance of one of the goalies on the pitch. At once, I found that Mr.Ref's apperance is the same as my goalie, and I tried this: Made a subsitution, change my goalie to another player that have different skin tone and hair. Wow! Mr.Ref's skin tone and hair has been changed!!!!

What I've also noticed is that the referee
always looks like the HOME team keeper!

And of course they shake hands with their left hands, but I remember someone wrote about that here a while ago
