This is highly detailed theory on the evolutionon of the manager. If you have ever seen a group of ladies out, you may always notice their is one who is out of place and that is the fat ugly one, she may seem out of place, but she is esential to that group, as she is the manager, she controls all the ther girls like a pimp, telling them what clothes to wear, what guys to talk to etc.
