Well i don't think it's quite as simple as that because nobody actually owns the rights to the players themselves - i.e their names. This is why Oliver Kahn was talking about suing EA for using his name and likeness in their games without any payment. Not sure what happened to this though. Still, it's a bit of a legal minefield and certainly not as clear cut as it seems.

is not EA's fault that fifa agreed to give them exclusivity... that means lack of complete business sense.. instead of getting 3 or 4 good money payments.. they just wanted 1 big sum...

club football has the fifpro license.. plus the individual club licenses... not the fifa license...WE also has the fifpro license..

what about TIF/WTS...i mean they have the Fifpro license ..and if WE has it too then why don't they just put in the different leagues?

if WTS/TIF can have all those leagues and they've only come out with 2 games then why not WE/PES??
