I dare someone to spoil it for anyone silly enough to care about Harry Potter. I couldn't drive through the City centre today for people queueing to buy the most hyped book ever.

Now I read that J.K. Rowling cried when she was writing the death scene of one of the characters.

Lord of the Rings was one of the Great literary fantasies of them all whereas Harry Potter is a load of twaddle with daft names and "seen it all before" plots.

Stupid Harry Potter!!! I needed a book for my Rock and Roll class but since I was too lazy to get it during the day I decided I'd go when all those little kiddies dressed up as witches would get their new Harry Potter book. Well the news crews where there and one of them interviewed me. She asked me what I liked about Harry Potter and I go nothing I'm just here to get a book for class. Well some manager heard me and I was "politely" kicked out of the store.

So my sister's book just arrived via UPS and since I could care less about Harry Potter I started searching around for death scenes or some reference to someone being killed. I don't know if this is what they are looking for or not, but I read this part:

Don't know of any Sirius though..

Obviously everyone here is far too intelligent to (admit to) be reading a book that breaks all kinds of records for sales worldwide...

The HP books are great. Im nearing 20, and im not afraid to say so...They arent exactly A-Grade literature, but as far as a good fun read goes, they're 2nd to none...And for those who pass them off as some childish Fantasy sort of series...Id say that i) they're definitely not ur traditional fantasy (which is something that I hate-cant stand that fantasy stuff:()...
ii)If they are childrens books, then why is the latest one over 700 pages, and still selling like hot cakes...
iii)If 10 year olds can read them, they cant be too difficult to read...so dont knock them til uve done so ;)

Harry Porter is just for kids, why all those adult quene up to buy this kid story??
