Now I'm with Monaco but I have 1 problem that I don't know how to solve it. I have trouble with training ground, it always "awful facilities" level. So how to become "top facilities" or better?
The 2nd thing is how to abuse everyone? How does it do? abuse with what?

Board always refuse things I asked. For example: If I ask for "Expand the stadium" they always answer me that my job is management not business.
However I have same things like u, abuse looks like chatting on Net

Abuse is network chatting like you said. It is just sending a message to another manager, and it appears in the news, as "message from Momotaro"

The thing with CM is that it is very realistic. If you constantly nag the board with requests, then they get annoyed and don't give you anything. It appears that you may have a bastard Chairman and a bunch of bastards on the board. In order to improve anything about the club, from more seats in the stadium to improving the youth facilities, you have to ask the board and have a lot of extra money. If you spend all you make, there is no way that they can afford improvements.

Once you start to turn a profit, you ask the board for improvements. Ask only once. Don't bother the board, they control all of those things, so don't piss them off. If they agree to the improvements then wait. These things happen at the end of the year. Since you have made them mad already you won't get what you want right away, but don't let that bother you. Training facilities mean that youth players come up through the system better. In the first season though, you don't have to worry too much about that, because there aren't many players that retire in the first season, so there won't be any good regenerated players.

This is my 1st season with Monaco but 2nd season for Monaco club. I mean in 1st season I tried to managed France international team football, at the end of the year Monaco send me a message and want me to control their team. I agreed and make a big change for this team before new season (sold old players, buy good players, sign with famous coach, scout, and physio...however have a good assistant manager guss hiddink) but trainning groung still in awful level. I'm now own 25 million pounds, has asked board for develope youth team, but they always refuse.

Well...I was Telford United and they had little to no facilites for training at all, but I got them to the English Primier League and they were like automatically upgraded to "Top facilities plus youth setup" or whatever...But success brings rewards with it and, well with Monaco it shouldn't be that hard, as they are a top French team.
