You can get Anatoli Todorov for around 60k i think but good luck getting a work permit for him.

Try getting Mellor (Liverpool) on a Loan. He always seems to score and has a good jumping/heading ability for corners, set pieces and crosses. Also I found Candsell-Sheriff (Leeds) is a good young defender.
