its good but you need to change the shirt now :(

i think the face, nose , hair , eyes , eyebrows, goatee , moustache , ears and cheeks need to be changed. other than that its fine.

i'll make some update in 5 more hours....;)

The whole face needs to be more accurate and there needs to be much more tonal contrast and blending rather than the "smeared graphite" look it has round the edges. Look where the shadows and highlights are on the face.
