i have played 3 years with deportivo and won 3 times the divison.
and one time CL.and 2 times the cup.
and i was sacked form deportivo.
but now no one will hire me.
no one not even Lower divisions.
and my stats don`t chance.

Just retire and add manager (ok, it is a bit cheating but what do you want to do else)

but that is ridiculous. I mean what kind of game makes it impossible to continue unless you are a whizz at it, and whats more makes you start all over again if you stuff up. It should be easier to get hired at clubs imo, either that or your stats should rise quicker.
