I think it would sweet if in f2001 EA cut out
all the clubs and replace them with every single National Team, and also you would play in all cups that perticular country plays in e.g. say I played with Singapore, I would play in the Tiger cup in order to try
and get to the World Cup.
That way the game would be better especialy
the commentry because Motson would only have
190 or so teams to talk on, ulike the 500 in F2000
And there should be a fifa ranking system in the game.

I really really hope, pray that they don't cut out club teams, club football is where its at.
In FIFA 99 I have not played a single national team game!

It would be great if FIFA20001 was the PC Version of Winning Eleven 4 with more club teams and internet play.

btw, Konami ( the creator of ISS and WE series) has team up with Microsoft, who knows if Microsoft will convert WE 4 to PC ??

you know what they should do for FIFA 2001? have 3 releases, 1 that is strictly national squads, and another one that is strictly club teams, that way for those who rather want rather 500-600 club teams and a bunch of club cups or 500-600 national teams with lots of different kinds of national cups, you can!

what is the 3rd release? the status quo, combonation of club teams and national teams, a few cups.

that Im sure would please many people

I dont understand how people can prefer the club game over the Iternational Teams, if a
club has lots of $cash$ they can be the best in the world(lazio for example), on the other you have Yugoslavia(one of the poorest countries in Europe) can produce one of the best teams today

incident(which I'm sure you know about) we would have gone further up, but we lost, we're doing good in our league and + we have
a great basketball team this year

Personally I would like it if EA produced two games, an international version with all world cup, confederations cup, Euro 2000 cup, South American cup, African cup, Central American cup international options. Then a club version with all the major world leagues and cup competitions. i would happily pay for two games that gave us a complete range of football available.

It is obvious you guys dont read all the posts or you would have noticed that your discussion is three weeks old.I had posted the idea of EA releasing a double cd.One would contain national sides with all the international competitions in a seaseon mode so you start playing friendlys and then a coresponding cup more friendlys qualifiers for the world cup and finaly the worldcup (thnk of the posobilities your star player getting injured and missing the WC too cool...)the second cd would be for clubs...Ea will never do this because they prefer to release a cd every 6 months and screw us.IF FIFA 2K WAS LIKE FIFA98 RTWC BUT WITH SEASON MODE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN THE COOLEST AND YOU DONT EVEN NEED 2 OR 3 CD'S NUFF SAID...

Also if you've been reading the posts youd know the cd still has plenty of space left over on it as it is.

My guess it would be possible to put every team, with every player from every league in the past hundred years on this cd and you'd still have space left over. What eats space on cd are things like cut-scenes, making of EA movie, those cool stadium shots, not players and teams, please understand this...
