When you get your scouts to look at a players, News often comes back saying the player has potential or would be a decent signing, but then when you look at the comments in the players' information screen, it says "this player offers you nothing at present".

Does this mean the News is wrong, or that the player offers you nothing right now, but would be a decent signing for the future? It's very confusing cos i signed a youth player (Kevin Gough - GK) based on the News, then saw his profile saying he offered me nothing, then he got picked for the England U21's squad, so i figure he can't be too bad!!
