i have downloaded this, but i do not know how to use it properly.

everytime i make modifications, like stadium or anething, and press save data then exit editor. then i start a new game, but i don't see the changes occur at my club, manchester united. the changes that i had made do not come up, why????

isn't there anyone, who could help me to use the data editor???

It's because the changes don't take effect until you start a new game.

After you press SAVE DATA you must press WRITE DATABASE button!!!
Then you must start a <<new game>>, not <<Load Game>>.
