After a break for 6 months I yesterday decided that I wanted to play
some FIFA 2000 again. But not so. After installing the game all over
(I uninstalled it for some reason those 6 months ago), I tried to
start it - but after a while an error message appears;

FIFA2000 caused an invalid page fault in
module <unknown> at 0000:00000000.

The only thing I recall changing the last months is the DirectX
drivers - could it be that 7.0a isn't compatible with my 3dfx Voodoo
card (tried to disable this as well) or my sound card. I'm stuck...and
I really want to play! Of course, the support included on the CD
doesn't help me at all. According to that, everything works fine -
tried everything they've suggested.
