EA dumped the cool pitch patterns shown in FIFA WC 2002 for FIFA 2003, but they seem to be comming back for 2004. If anyone else has seen any shots of these new patterns please post your pics here!!! ***DON'T INCLUDE PC PICS PLEASE***

Look closely at the pitch. It looks like there's a small square pattern happening.

A bit ****ty that Chivu still plays at Ajax (according to 1st screenshot).

Hope they get the database right at the start of the season.
Andy van der Meyde is also gone... They're buying Escude from Rennes.

Hope they get the Dutch league (near) perfect. With the right kits etc.

Come on EA, you can do it ;) Can't wait till the demo :D :P

Boring about this pattern

i hope they got more than one pattern going, like in wefe they got the circles, the straight lines and the squares....we can only hope....i don't really remember the ones in fifa 2003 cuz i was pissed with gameplay and that you couldn't header the ball to a teammate that i uninstalled the game after a week....and haven't played ever since...

Jowaski-Dont worry becaus even if he is at ajax when the game comes out(doubtfull) EA will release a patch monthy for PS2 and PC users to update their rosters.:rockman:

Hope EA do those kind of patchs, i think at least they should do a roster update in December/January with the winter transfers... :D

Hopefully this time we constantly get to use the d*mn Update Game feature attached to all there games:rolleyes:

EA needs to implement Konami's amazing visuals. the pitch patterns always vary in Pro Evo, while EA always have the same dull and boring designs. Hopefully this feature really in improves in the Alpha version because i havent seen any evidence of this happening as yet in the videos.
