Exactly why are they suing them? I understand the Milito deal failed but it was Milito's own fault.

independiente say that milito is in perfect condition to play and they also say that there is a signed agreement between independiente and madrid

But as far as agreements go are they not conditional upon those vaunted medical checks??? at least that's how it is here in the NFL. If a player fails the physical a team has the right to void any contracts........

I guess the best way to find out would be to have an independent examination of Milito's Knee...

Real Madrid are doing anything not to pay the 4 million Euros they now owe Independiente. This so called technicality is a joke. He picked up the so-called injury 2 years ago, has played 50 games and was voted best player within Argentina. All of those events taking place after this 'mysterious' injury.

What also hasn't been reported is that Milito's knee examination turned up to be cleaner than Ronaldo's. The whole situation is a joke, and I hope now that Barca or Atletico step up to buy him because 4 million is a bargain.

Another piece of information is that the day before he went to Madrid for his medical, he played a full international for Argentina against Uruguay, he had an off night, but none of it had to do with his "injury".

Interesting point. It would be quite difficult for me to believe that ANYONE has dodgier knees than Euronaldo, but that's just me!

I think the things are very clear :

- Real Madrid don't wanna buy Milito since his knee is not OK at all.

- Real Madrid need a defender so they offer one year to see how work his knee, Milito want to play but Independiente dont accept.

- Independiente now is very angry cause they won't get many money selling Milito. Since Real Madrid said the knee of Milito is f*cked other clubs will think twice after getting Milito.

OH and arent you delighted?, because on the pitch or the bidding, or just about everything else your team couldnt beat Madrid when it counted.........sore loser...

Anyway, yes, this is looking shadier by moment, apparently there is a rift of philosophy between Valdano and Perez which has cause this signing to flaunder.....like I said earlier, the biggest problem for Madrid next yearm wont be on the pitch but rather the dynamics between the front office and the players/coaches

humm come to think of it....Valdano and Perez are front office.........:kader: :kader:

heh, you bet i am:hump: :hump: :hump: . Although i doubt that something serious would happen.

BTW that sore loser comment is hitman style actually. Since i didn't say anything bad and you said sore loser, you got way to angry there at a post that meant to be kind of i would be happy if that would happen. So, if i would say "hahahahahaha those real madrid ****s will get sued and will have a huge pain in the ass and they suck and they are worthless team that will be solded out in 2 years", then your sore loser would have made a perfect sense but after a comment "they should sue them and maybe Real will finally stop paying sooo much with those debts" sore loser comment is not in place. So, Chill out man!;)

IMO they should sue since IMO they have screwed Milito and probably caused his cost to go down due to this whol affair.... though IMO I don't really see why Real wouldn't want him.... IMO that medical crap is BS, FIFA should bring matters into there own hands and act like a real governing body, not just one that disallows taking of ur shirt for a celebration:rolleyes: :kader: (H)

i dun noe why a lot of big clubs are in a finacial crisis...... this suing is independiente's fault....there should be a two-way medical before a player is to sign a contract....

Ahh, Bobby Machmanon or something. I usually only watch the full FSW Report if he is there, only real smart person on the report, if you are talking about FSW Canada, i hope you do.

And i think Lucio would have been a perfect buy. Perez likes to buy big names only, well Lucio would have easily suited the bill. He is strong, powerfull, tall, quick, likes to go forward like the rest of Madrid players and when Madrid won the CL 2 years ago, Perez wanted to buy him a lot, but they couldn't agree somehow. So, that would be perfect for Madrid. And Perez would get another star, while Carlos would get his defender.

players like lucio and milito dont sell t-shirts

LoL:D
Unfortunately i have to agree with valioso comment, unfortunately because Real Madrid dont go for the best player in his position, he goes to the one he thinks its gonna make more profits on the commercial affair, like valioso said, t-shirts, something like that. If Madrid were ever to buy a class defender, they would buy the most popular and expensive one, like, Nesta for example. He would sell more t-shirts than any of the defenders Madrid got today, with the exception of Carlos, but, why not? They care more for the profits they make out of the pitch, than at the pitch, for players they signed. Just see Beckham, they bought him most for the profits they would make in the Asian market, especially Japan, were most of people there tried to copy his haircut, and of course, for the t-shirts he would sell too. If he doesnt do anything on the pitch, it doesnt matter, he brings loads of money to the club in different ways...:f***:

you really think their are many defenders who sell t-shirts ?....can you name who you think would.....im having a hard time doing so...none really pop out to me except maybe Nesta but i dunno if he would sell that much more than Lucio

Help?

Lucio doesn't sell t-shirts! :o
That's really something new. He is a star, a WC winner. And Madrid were dreading to buy him, the year Madrid played Bayer in the final and the fans were saying that Lucio would be great. For me i see it as better than perfect signing.

i know defenders dont sell many shirts... which is why madrid wont spend their money on them.. they have their younger programs to bring players.. like pavon.. or raul bravo..or get some cheap spanish guy.. not one that would count as a foreigner.
