I just read the latest interview you did...
HOW DARE you say that we dont want simulation? maybe a 6 year old doesnt want it but the rest of the world DOES! that's the MAINNN reason the PES series is DEVOURING your company! and about how you say "PES2 has a lot of problems with it".. well buddy, sorry to burst your bubble but compared to YOUR FIFA product, PES is FLAWLESS.
So what YOU need to do is get your facts straight before doing interviews.
You're blatantly admitting that your product will not be upto PES's level by saying that not everyone wants simulation.
Im just shocked. I actually had high hopes for this year's FIFA.
Oh and, You say that the competition (PES), doesnt scare you cuz FIFA's sales are just fine. Well, THATS ONLYYYYY because of the graphics and liscencing you guyz have.
The point of this is not to offend you. it's called "TOUGH love".
FIFA's sales in the U.S. are dominant over PES's because PES (Winning Eleven) JUST came to the U.S. (where soccer isn't even a major sport). Whereas in EUROPE/Asia (where FOOTBALL is life), PES sales are through the roof and beating FIFA's sales.
Dont try to sugar-coat the fact that your FIFA will not be upto Par compared to PES.

I have spoken...

You moron lol.

He said SOME people don't want simulation, and that's very true, some people do want an arcade type of game, something which doesn't require all the talent in the world while obviously most do want simulation.

Also, you should learn that when you put stuff in quotations it means that's exactly what someone said. And Isaac didn't exactly say, "PES has a lot of problems with it," he simply said it's far from perfect. And that is true. All soccer games are far from perfect, because it's hard for a game to appeal to every type of soccer gaming fan.

And he never said PES didn't scare him BECAUSE they sold a lot of copies. What he meant was that because they sell more copies then them, if they sell a product which is able to compete with PES, there is a lot more chances of someone who plays PES regularly trying out FIFA, through a friend or such.

"Pro Evo is obviously a good game."-Danny Isaac, I rest my case, moron.

Did he say he was comparing it to FIFA?

Well, Considering how he REPRESENTS EA, it's implied that he's comparing it to FIFA, and not World tour soccer.

And about how he sez SOME PEOPLE dont like simulation (emphasis on SOME), umm, well that most that MOSTT people do.

On a final note, what happened to all the talk about "authenticity"?? EA should define what the mean by that. do they mean GAMEPLAY authenticity? or Liscencing authenticity.. Im assuming it's the latter.

Click on this and you'll see that people are demanding simulation:

Ok let me put this into contect you can understand.

He said that PES is far from perfect (WHICH IT IS), and he said that they were using it as a point of reference.

See before they were simply comparing their games to other games from the year before and they'd come out short. But this year they are actually trying to innovate and become the best game out there.

In this matter, you wrong, Hugo...PES is clearly a lot better than FIFA. About 90 % of the gammers want the most perfect simulation...the other 10 % want an arcade type of game- small children or teens that don't get the game straight. Forgive for that but PES is way (like years-light ahead) better than any football (soccer) game that had ever been produced in planet hearth;) ;)
