Guys i need help. I work with this hot chick at work and there is a little something between us.

I will explain a little history to hellp explain the situation.

My sister and i work at this restaurant and so do these two chicks who are sisters. My sister and one of the girls are 2 years younger than me and are best friends. The other chick is my age.

I never used to talk to this chick because naturally i am real shy in person. But since i have started talking to her we really hit it off. We have dinner with each other at the end of our shifts and chat about things.

My sister sats to me that this chicks sister says that the chick likes me but i am not sure in which way she meant that.

This chick is real bitchy at times but is real real nice to me. She has nevr had a boyfriend or been with a guy apparently and that amzes me because she is so hot. She is weird in that sense and kind of nerdy. She always was shy in front of guys and went to formals/etc by herself. Thats why my sister and other people think that she likes me.

I have never asked a chick out in my whole life and every time i have had a woman they have asked me out. i really like this chick but i think that she maybe to shy to say something and so am i.

What can i do? is there anyway to kind of arrange a way to see/get to know her outside of work? whats the best way to start a relationship with her?

Help would be really appreiated because it has been eating me up inside because i am too shy to say something.

Bro, my best advice is, just be upfront but tactful. IF you want ask her to go on a date outside of work and outside of that environment get a feel for how she really interacts with you. If you get good vibes tell her straight out. Something like "Hey, I feel that we have so much to learn about each other blah blah, and I was wondering if you would like to have a relationship with me, cause I like you a lot"............and on and on; you know give her the good bullsh*t:mrpimp:

Thanks man. Yeh we have heeps in common and all of my female friends reckon its just a matter of time for me to ask. But you see her best friend works at the restauranrt too and i am the type of person that if i was to get rejected would probably quit work because i would be too embarrased to show my face there ever again.

Talk to her a lot more mate, what i have found is that you should never listen to what other people say because it just confuses me more about how she feels about me, is the person telling me this joking etc etc. So take it step by step so you dont get yourself hurt talk to her dont even worry about if she may like you or not JUST TALK TO HER like you already have been and once YOU think she may like you talk to her about your feelings.

Also when you think she likes give gentle hints that you like her back " oh mufc_daddy im not sure i look good in this shirt, no no you look amazing as always hot pornstar girl".

Try something like: "I know you should have told me something so far"
"What?"
"Come on, you know" (wink and put on your sweetest smile)
Wait 5 seconds, if she hasn't told you she likes you, just plain laugh and tell her you were joking and that you were expecting her to tell you she broke a plate or whatever stupid thing you may find.
Then, never talk about this again for 3-4 weeks at least.

Hey dude. How about just being yourself and doing what you would do. Maybe you have problems with people talking behind your back or whatever so you have your own way of doing things. Maybe there are others in here who are confident in themselves, which is good (just don't get arrogant) and they can handle being bold and direct. What may work for others doesn't work, or isn't natural for others. I mean, the whole point is just being yourself...they always say that, and it's true.

Well, then you're on advantage, you'd never been rejected before. If you had to go through being rejected when you were young right now you'd be offlimits about just asking her out. So just do it. Make a letter, have your friend do it, do whatever tactic you want, because at the end of the day the worst that could happen is that she might just want to be friends and she won't be bitchy at you as always.
