I am downloading the speech files and need to know what directory to Unzip them into. Also, is there anything I need to do to them to make them run properly? Thanks in advance!

First you need winzip and winace. Then you unzip all the 32 files in one folder(some files should overwrite). After this you click on the ace files(it has a red icon) and extract. Winace should have created a folder somewhere with all the audio files. Just put those files in data/audio/spceng folder.

I downloaded the first 5 files then went back to start some more and now it says that there is no website. Can you help me please?

Just for everyone's FYI this site goes up and down...I just finished downloading all 32 files from this site, and I got them all. So good luck just keep trying.

I think that the first two zip files contain the same part of the archive (*.ace). This means that the *.c00 file is missing, and without it the set of files is useless.

You are right, I just found this out, and does anyone have that *.coo file, or know were I can get it. Can anyone send it to me, I have a fast connection so my transfer will be fast if yours is.
