As many of you know, I'm one of EA's harshest critics when it comes to the FIFA series but I've gotta say at this stage that I'm impressed with the promised depth of the game and it's content so far. None of us know what the gameplay will be like and there's a chance, given Isaac's tendency to BS, that it may not be much better than last year's (direct quote: "We've hopefully made it a little more responsive this year."!!!) but I'm really pleased they'll be the opportunity to play with teams in lower divisions and work your way up. One thing I used to love about the old Championship Manager games I played years ago was being able to work your way up the divisions. Even WE/PES with it's limited number of teams gives you the option to work your ways through the divisions and it was sad that FIFA didn't offer this.

Now I'm quite looking forward to being able to start with somebody like Cambridge Utd and work my way up to the Premiership and compete against the big teams.

So, Isaac, I still think your full of crap when it comes to your gameplay claims but I'm definitely excited about all the content features the game is looking to include. Even if I just treated the game like a graphically advanced Championship Manager all this content may actually swing me to buying your game again this year.

I 'think' 2004 could be the one, but I always think this, so when the demo comes out, I'm not going to play one match, come back here and bless Ea, OH NO! I'm going to play it to death, lol.

Second day, great
Third day cool
Forth day good
after 5 days i stopped playing...it was annoying and boring, so i started edititng....

so when 2004 demo comes out, after 3-4 days we can say if it is good :hump: Cheers :D

I will buy it depending on the demo. Don't wana throw my $$$ to EA which will not deserve. I don't care if they got the lower div this year, it will still be boring if the gameplay sucks and scripted boring ****...

Well, since I'm not much interested in the English league I really don't care 'bout the new features and the lower divsisons are just waste of space to me. This career mode is only insignificant packaging, what I care is how it feels to play the game not how many new modes they'll put into the menu screens.
