Of cleaning Virus's off system files that are being used by Windows?

I currently have a big problem with the PE pretle A virus (I think thats how its spelt)

Anyway does anyone know hw to clean them?

ahhh good old Norton... what can't he do :p see, it's because of him I have 0 viruses, and should 1 come up, HE DESTROYS IT! then feeds it to his cat :crazyboy:
