if anybody could make the background flow like in liams rainbow thing above and below his sig!i have it in .psd

Monkeyhappy-I might be able to do it, but by background do you mean the border like in his or one section of the background(since you have that black splitting line) or just anything that's not a logo or a word?

That rainbow thing is in the uploading thread. It's basically a separate image.
