what is your problem?

i desparately need advice on defence. i average about 2-3 shots a game whilst the comp gets about 13-15. i play 4 min halves. i play on a playstation, but any advice is appreciated. any advice on attack would be great as well.also i have trouble defending headers as well

About the headers....that's just the way it is..They just win 80-90% of the head duells...That is boring that they can score so easily on headers.
