I finished 19th in the EPL :( Yet i got offered to apply for an Intertoto Cup place??? I mean im not arguing, but how are Intertoto invitations allocated?

Well everyone in the Premiership is offered a Inter-toto cup place. It is then decided by who is best placed.

So people who rejected are obviously not in
People who are already in Europe are excluded and People who are relegated

i thought it also had summet to do with the fair play thingy? team with the best discipline.
