Looks good, especially as cheap, young defenders are hard to come by. Mind you, playing someone so young in defence is quite a risk, so it's probably a good idea to run him out in your reserves first.

In my game he has a potential ability of 151

151 is pretty good. But I will ALWAYS prefer Andre Marquez, and Veloso form Sporting over him. They usually have around 171 pot. in games. And in some games Andre Carvalho from FC Porto has around a 180.

Ricardo Tavares' potentia ability on mine is -1, which is a good thing, right? (I still dont know about these -1's and -2's)

-1 means he is in your team so you cant check his ability, only when he is playing for another team...weird i know
