Pele is number one on the list.

My own choice, Gerd Muller is only 9th on the list which is based on scoring in league matches.

the rest can be found at

Spain's number 1 because of Real Madrid. Uefa rates them 1st overall (league, international). There for, they play mediocre teams and weak teams in euro and fifa world cup qualifying games. And thanks to panathinaikos, aek athens (first team to tie all their games in qualifying round of ECL) and the national teams winning streak, Greece is rated 6th overall in all of europe by UEFA. So they get 3 greek teams the ECL instead of 2.

Their league rankings are complete and utter bull****. I don't know what they're basing them on.

Example: the Bulgarian league is ranked at #23 in the world while MLS is ranked #46, when in fact they are leagues of identical quality. (If anything, MLS is better).

That's just one of many underrated leagues on the list, including Portugal at #18 and Austria at #29.

Oh and yeah, apparently Iraq and Uzbekistan's leagues are better than Norway, Sweden and MLS.

Hey maybe Bush can use that as one of his explanation why they went to war with Iraq.

Bush: " Hey Tony you now what Im goin' to do?"
Tony: " No, I have no clue/"
Bush: " Im going to declare war on Iraq because the http://iffhs.sevendeadcats.de/ people ranked Iraq's soccer league higher then the MSL or is it MLS, those freaking bastards. Wanna help?"
Tony: "Now, Now Bush! You know that those rankings are full of bs, for God's sake they ranked the EPL higher than the Seria A! What a bunch of morons. But just for the fun of it count me in, hey but you know that the UN won't allow us to declare war on Iraq just because a site ranked its league higher than the MLS."
Bush: " Your right so what most we do?"
Tony: " Hey we could say that Iraq has some destructive weapon and we would be declaring war on them so we can disarm them! What do you think?"
Bush: " Thati's a great idea man, besides do you know that MSL stands for?"
Tony: " I have no clue but I would guess "Mexican Soccer League"

Cheers
