PSVFOREVER 29-08-2003, 06:06:PM Newcastle-NAC (H)

Hehe I was gonna ask where the f**k Zeljeznicar hail from Den.
Need to do some research on them. For some reason I knew we'd get a tie in a dump though :kader:
Dundee are pretty fecked, but they are getting a holiday in Italy so that's not too bad.
Edit: Just found a fan site of theres called the maniacs lol
I'm not sure if this is there nickname or just the website name...anyhow they know about us already Den

CSKA are gonna get killed. :) :o
Levski on the other hand have to play vs. a second-division Israeli team. Not bad.
That is a ****ty draw though, considering CSKA was seeded.
Some worse teams CSKA could have drawn:
Dundee
AIK
Dinamo Bucuresti
Publicum
Cementarnica
Oh well... (:/)
I'm pretty sure whatever team CSKA drew they would get killed considering how ****e they are right now. Hopefully Levski can do well this year.
M.Schumacher 29-08-2003, 08:32:PM Liverpool v Olimpia Ljubljana
Easy Liverpool Will Win 4 sure

yea it is... visit this website http://www.bhtourism.ba/ and then try to disagree with me!
Hearts_FC 30-08-2003, 12:43:AM Very nice, but they fail to mention the countries other atractions...
From the FOC (Foreign & Commonwealth Office)
"Visitors are recommended to avoid crowds and demonstrations. Unexploded landmines remain a real danger and travellers should be careful not to stray from roads and paved areas..."
From Lonely Planet Guide:
"There are still risks from occasional localised political violence, unexploded landmines and ordnance, carjackings and petty crime brought on by the high unemployment rate. Use caution when travelling in the Republika Srpska, where anti-Western sentiments can be aggravated at short notice. Maintain a low profile, and keep to paved areas, especially in the suburbs of Sarajevo."
Sounds lovely...
$teauA 30-08-2003, 12:47:AM FC Steaua Bucuresti-Southampton :rockman: :rockman:
we are gonna woop some english butt just like we did to west ham a couple of years ago :rockman:

and when was this site last updated?
Jambo Den 30-08-2003, 02:32:AM Actually Tony man, a mate of a mate who's posted in the army over there says Sarajevo is a lovely city, and completely different from the warzone that all the news oragnisations have portrayed it as for the last year or so... Fair enough bad things can happen if you venture off the beaten track but since the stadium we're playing at is pretty central there's no reason for us to go out the city centre, boozers, burdz etc :) Oh and the landmines are all in foresty areas and unless you're a twisted perv there should be no reason to go there :D
Hey, we could have the Royal Scots at the game cheering the famous on! :D
Hearts_FC 30-08-2003, 04:37:AM Fair enough. Can't be any worse than Glasgow (Gonnae gie us a pound or al tan yer car mista!!) :D
Be intresting to hear from any geordies about the place though.
Sanel 30-08-2003, 06:24:AM i never was in sarajevo, but i heard many great things about the city not just from bosnians but a lot of people that have been there. it aint just sarajevo thats beutiful, its the whole bosnia, but as you know we are still rebuilding and renovating the country from the was efects but we will once again be as pretty as 15 years ago, even prettier! i welcome all of u hearts fans to bosnia, where u will see the most beutiful girls, cheap beer, and have the time of ur life! (it sounded just like a commercial but oh well) :p
Lonestarr022 30-08-2003, 06:39:AM Its hard to predict who can win it just yet. I don't think a lot of people said Porto would win last year. But there are a large number of big names in this years competition like Barcelona, Valencia, Roma, Liverpool, Dortmund, and others. I can not see all of them getting beaten.
