Well right now in 2011 there's no surplus of regens. There's hardly any stars left. Until I get to around 2015 which is when I hear most regens begin to appear in the game I will use the CM Scout because it's almost essential in 2011 when all the good players cost 60 million to take away from teams.

i think discovering a gem of a youngster is the best thing about CM4. Think of my delight when i signed 18 year old striker Tony Johnson from non-league Woking for £350k, only to discover his value instantly rose to £4.3 million when he hit 19, then £7.5 million when he hit 20. That was very nice indeed :D
