I could be wrong but I am sure in one of the Q's? to EA it was asked if Stadiums could be Imported to 2004 , I am sure they said no? If so is there any point to having a Stadium Builder? or is there a way to Import your own Stadium into the game?

Yes that has been said, and from the screenshots I saw of the Stadium Editor for TCM 2004, the editor seems to be an In-game editor, which means that conversion is most probably not possible. (I might be wrong, since I am not into TCM at all)

But this doesnt stop ppl like me making editors;)
