I have recently re-installed windows and therefore have a fresh installation of FIFA. I've tried to install face raptor but it doesn't install to my FIFA 2003 folder :(

So I can't make faces! :(

Is there anyone here who would know how to change this?

I had this problem too after I reinstalled windows, but FIFA was still on my PC with a no CD crack. FR normally installs in the data folder, but now it made a totally new data folder outside the FIFA 2003 folder.
If you have the same problem as I have just copy all the files which are in that new folder into the FIFA 2003\data folder. This has to work.

If not, I don't know how you can solve it.

nope, it doesn't work, i tried that first. everything works except the preview. when I press preview, the window flashes black for a second then exits. the drc isn't starting in other words....

well...the only thing I can think of is to find the registry key that FR installation package uses to locate the FIFA directory and change that....but that is really a hack more than a solution...:confused:

I've got the same problem then! I can't preview too:(. I hope somebody knows how to solve it.

OK, here's what to do:

First, install faceraptor.

1. press the start button (you know, in the bottom left of your screen)
2. go to run...

3. type in "regedit" (whithout the ") and press the enter key.
4. here, press the "+" before HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE.
5. then the + before SOFTWARE, then Microsoft, Windows, CurrentVersion, App Management, ARPCache, and click on "Face Raptor version 2.0".
6. In the window to the right, double-click SlowInfoCache.
7. In the new pop-up window, to the far right, you'll see something like "C:\Dressing (then some spaces) exe". Change it to the correct location, like C:\Program Files\EA SPORTS\FIFA 2003\data\Dressing (SAME AMOUNT OF SPACES!!!!!!!!!!) exe.

between each letter should be a space.
It's complicated, but I think it will work.

I can't find the App Management directory:(. It's not in. Maybe it's because you have Windows XP?

yes, I think so....
then just use the search function to search around for face raptor untill U get the right file (there are a lot of maps with face raptor but you will have to find the correct one).
I don't know if this helps cuz I don't have Windows 98 or 2000 or ME.

damn, i don't have ARPCache :(

i've searched for face raptor version 2 and it can only find the uninstall file...

youri, the only way you'll fix it is by uninstalling fifa 2003 completely + face raptor.

then reinstall fifa, install face raptor, and then add the nocd patch.
mine works now :)
