Have them on the transfer list AND the loan list at the same time and a number of clubs will come up to you wanting to buy them. Then just offer loan to the clubs interested and yeah...it works trust me.

yeah i always do that, but if you want to keep them (just loan them out for experience) you obviously shouldnt do that, as they will get unhappy.

oh aye, some of my youth players who cant make it into the first team will probably develop a bit better elsewhere.

i always send my youth players out on loan, because its more realistic that way.
