Yes, that seems to be a bit of a fluke too. Sorry. I now have three players in the game!

What everyone should do is: completely fick up the free agent one. Give him ability 1/potential 1 and all stats 1. I did that myself. He now plays for Modena on my game, let him 'ripe' there.

Karl Kessler 2 plays for Modena on mine as well, and he isnt as good as mine anyway! (H)

All this time, I thought the star beside the player's name meant that he was a fan favourite.

It seems to be always 2, but I noticed that Atletico Minero had 6 or 7 at the start of the game, and when you start as Liverpool, Heskey is one !?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

There are three different values:

World
Current
Home

This goes from the Current reputation (within the team); Home reflects the reputation of a player in the country he plays in, and the country he plays for; and World, well that's obvious. The Fans would be in the Home value, as they know the player as well as the rest of the nation's footyfans.

I used one to get the stadium expanded he accepted it but in 07/08 there is still no stadium

It's definitely worth seeing :D The love story is a bit corny, but it's actually important for the plot :confused:
The action scenes are prime. A lot better than in Reloaded. I watched Blade II yesterday, and the fight scene in the beginning, with the ninja/samurai stuff (which is cool, but looks very CGI). That compares well to Reloaded. Revolutions is much more hyperactive. I'll post some screenies from a minute from now, when the timer sets me free again ;)

I'm goin to d/l the new patch, check the database to see what has changed from CM4, and I can start the signup thread even tommorow. I have the whole weekend free, and I will be working only for 2 days (Monday-Tuesday) and after that I'm free for 14 days :p

Changes in the database: Values were relocated.

All stats remain the same (except 'off the ball', which was renamed to 'movement' :p). The editor is pretty easy to work with.

Not u exactly.. It's just not realistic having GKs with 20s in everythin... just that. Maybe just one more "special" attribute for GKs will be much better. And maybe also one more rule for possitions... Having almost all players with a possition L/C/R was also unrealistic

Yes, when someone wants to play more than one side, they pay 10 or 20 points more per extra side. I was thinking of the same thing. About GK ratings: Maybe a max of 3 20s and average 15/18?

well.. we'll have to make a new sign-up. I'm finished now. first team players (outfield only) will have 720 max points, as we now have more abilities that are for both outfield players and GKs.

now the rules... Not all, but the changes are in here


1) Maximum player ability is 720 points for outfield players and 700 for goalkeepers (You can use fewer points if you want)
2) Maximum value for a single ability is 20 (Stamina for example)
2a) Injury proneness will be reversibly scored. 1=20 points, 5=16 points, 10=11 points, 15=6 points, 20=1 point. This is the same for Eccentricity, Dirtiness, and Controversy. (For example if you want to have injury proneness 5, you will have to pay 16 points)
3) There is one “ability” that costs twice. This is a special ability.
This ability is: Handling for Goalkeepers, Tackling for Defenders, Passing for Midfielders and Finishing for Strikers. For example if your position is Striker and finishing ability is 18 that will cost you 36 points. If you wish to have 2 (or more) positions, for example Striker and Midfielder this means you will have to “pay” for 2 (or more) special abilities. Finishing and Passing. Also, goalkeepers for Goalkeeping abilities (such as Handling) can only have three 20s, so we can keep goalkeeping abilities down to more realistic levels. Also outfield players can have 2 sides max (Left/Center/Right) If someone wants to have more than 2 (that makes it 3 ;) ) will “pay” 10 extra points.
