LCC Chief Executive is to ask the Church of England and the Catholic Curch to share one brand new 100,000 seater Economical Cathedral to be built at Liverpool docks. He said " it seems stupid that both religions spend so much money on maintaining their current cathederals and the Catholic one (which ALL Scousers refer to as Paddys wigwam  ) is currently being redeveloped at the cost of millions....and at the end of the day they all worship God dont they?"

The Liverpool Echo is to run a vote ...and will print the results on the back page if its not the result they want

well, liverpool and everton were founded by different religions with liverpool being founded by the protestants and everton by the catholics, so it might have something to do with it.. i.e liverpool and everton co-habiting a stadium..

hum, never knew that. it all makes sense though, read the article about liverpool and everton sharing anfeld might be a possibility.
