What do the hball.t3d and lball.t3d files do? I have created an "official" MLS mitre game ball, but I pulled the hball and lball files from the english league mitre ball. I noticed that the balls are smaller than what they normally are. IS there any way to edit these files? Can I make the balls as big as they were? what exactly do these files do? I want to release this new ball because I am certain there are fans out there who want this design

So does anyone have any idea about the .t3d file? is there a way to edit it? do I need a hex editor?
