I read there are going to be 50 leagues in the game, argentinean league is included?

A list of leagues have yet to be released, but you shouldn't need to worry too much, Argentine will probably be included, and if not I am sure someone will make it for TCM 2004.

with managing national teams u can control a european team for euro and world cup qualifiers and finals and the world cup qualifiers and finals for a south american team and any other country in the world cup finals i'm pretty sure so that's gonna be pretty awesome!!!

Have they left out all the other tournaments except EURO/WC? Like, is there no gold cup? This was really gay in the old TCM, I mean, players who were non-EU got hardly any caps because of this.
