A little help would be appreciated. :) None of the on-line translators have worked for me, it basically only translates the odd word and I'm not even 100% it's Dutch, I used a Language identifier and just pasted some text in, it said Dutch...but it can't translate the damn thing, what a rubbish translator! :(

It's a report of EA Village in Brussel.

Here are some facts about Fifa2004:

They told him the PS2 version of Fifa will be in sotres the 23th. The pc version the 30th.

The ps2 version of the game will have a unique netwerk adapater included. This special package will be in stores just before christmas.

On the PS2 you can talk online to eachother with a headset.

The Fifa 2004 demo is tested this weekend at CQC. They'll set a final release date on tuesday (for the demo that is).

You'll get a few missions in career mode wich you must try to get, like score 60 goals in a season, score a hattrick, get less then 20 goals against you. When you fullfill these missions, you'll get more prestige points.

You can play with all belgian and dutch premier league teams. If you have TCM 2004, you can transfer the 2nd division of both countries to Fifa2004 and play with them against a friend or the cpu.

The practice mode is back. You can train against a keeper, or with 11 players. You'll train in special training outfits on things like corners, direct- and indirect freekicks.

The OTB controll has changed. After complaits from the press, you can't choose your otb player with Triangle, square and round, but with 1x 2x or 3x L2. This way you can still, pass and shoot.

After one evening he didn't see anyone using OTB though =)

OTB control changes, what does it mean ? could somebody explain more bout it pls. I'm interested to know.

If i read correct:

In a previos build you had to push L2 (or L1 cant remember)... Then you'll would see 3 players... 1 with a square, 1 with round and 1 with triangle... You'd push the button wich relates to the player and then you can control that player...

Now it seems like f.e. i want to have a particular player... i would have to press L2. L2 switches to a player... 2x L2 to the second player, 3x L2 to the third... This way you can still use square, round and triangle with the player controlling the ball..

Arrrr, thanks mate I thought it might be like that and that DOES sound better. :)

Shame no one used it at the show.
